Who pays and who does not
- Only athletes have paid plans.
- Clubs, scouts, representatives, federations, universities, schools, press, coaches and referees get full access at no cost: they are here to find athletes, and that works better the more of them there are.
- Ambassadors get full access by invitation, also at no cost.
What you are charged, and how to stop paying
Everything you need before deciding. There is no small print underneath.
- What you are charged for
- The subscription to the plan you choose, and nothing else. The Free plan is never charged, never expires and never asks for card details.
- How much
- The price shown above, VAT included. That is the amount: no sign-up fee, no commission when you get signed, no per-feature charges.
- How often
- You are charged once a month, up front, and it covers that whole period from the day you subscribe.
- How to cancel
- From your profile, under Settings › Plan, whenever you want and without having to explain why. When you cancel, the account returns to the Free plan and is not charged again. Your sports CV, your posts and your story stay as they are.
- Where you pay
- Here, on the web, from your profile. The app has no in-app payments: it sends you to this page.
